1792 ? Joe Evans Eau Claire (no star) Wisconsin

This antique hutchinson soda bottle from Joe Evans has no star embossed on it and no mention of "Star Bottling Works". The embossing inside the slug plate in a ring reads, "JOE EVANS EAU CLAIRE, WIS." There is a mug base (10-sided arches upward), but no glass maker. The height is 7 & 3/16 inches.
