5020 John Graf Milwaukee

This is the only cobalt quart from Wisconsin so far. It is odd that there is no city given, and that it appears to be earlier than the Graf and Madlener bottles, which pre-date the bottles from after the time that Madlener left the partnership. The bottle is embossed "JOHN GRAF" and "A&DHC" on the bottom. There are only a couple of these known so far. One turned up in Michigan and the other in Milwaukee.
