Wow! Here's another very rare antique bottle that I never heard of before Dan Gross brought it to the 2006 Milwaukee Bottle Show. Thanks, Dan! It is embossed, "THEO. REIS SHERWOOD, WIS." It has a mug base (10-sided arches downward). There is a "T.R." on the bottom and a glass maker of ABCo (1907) (reverse hub).
