This mold is from EHECO. There are at least three variants from this glass company. One has a blank bottom, while the other two have an 'S' on the bottom. One has the 'S' pointing east-west (if you will) and the other, north-south. The bottles read, "SUPREME BOTTLING CO. WAUKESHA, WIS." in a slug plate.
