This tall and thin hutch is aqua blue in color. It is embossed in a ring, "H. & M. LOCHEN WEST BEND, WIS" The word "WIS" is crowded and crude. This was likely re-cut or re-worked over the misprinted bottle from this bottler that said, "WEST BEND, IND." The glass company is RGCo (reverse hub). There is a similar looking bottle from NBBGCO (reverse hub).
