A Engel Fond Du Lac WI Blob Beer

Inscription on this blob top brown beer bottle is “A ENGEL FOND DU LAC WIS.” Adolph Engel came to Wisconsin in 1867 to work as a carpenter. He opened his bottling business in 1892. He married Miss Augusta Kuba and had one son, Herman, who became a partner in his father’s bottling business.
