This six gallon salt glazed butter churn with a slip trailed cobalt decoration by the Hermann "dot artist" features a a large bird on a flower. The bird is large and well done compared to many of the Hermann birds. The oval stamp reads C. HERMANN & CO. MILWAUKEE.
