Citrate of Magnesia - Wisconsin Glass Co.

This Wisconsin Glass Co. bottle is embossed in a slug plate with "CITRATE OF MAGNESIA" and "WIS. G. Co. MILW." on the bottom. The same mold could have been used for bottles with proprietor names but none have surfaced yet. It has an applied double collar lip.
