Duedenhoefer - Milwaukee

The paper label on the back says Rolling Fork, which is a Dudenhoefer brand, but the label is badly faded so it is not possible to make out the city. Presumably it is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The front of the bottle is an applied label under glass showing a bird on a stick and "A MERRY CHRISTMAS HAPPY NEW YEAR".
