Fauerbach Brewing Co. Madison Wis. (picnic)

The Fauerbach Brewing Company had a rich, long history. Peter Fauerbach started the brewery in 1868 right after the Civil War. When he passed away in 1886, his wife Maria ran the company until 1890. Then the company survives until Prohibition in 1920 and after prohibition from 1933 until 1966. Inscription reads, “FAUERBACH BREWING CO. MADISON WIS.”
