The buildings are mostly of brick. The main building is 60 x 80 feet and three stories high. The boiler house was 48 x 50 feet. Storage house was 56 x 60 feet and four stories high. The supply ice house was 50 x 56 feet. A second supply ice house was 46 x 70 feet. The bottling house was 36 x 48 feet and two stories high. For the era, these were a lot of large buildings!
