Henry Rahr & Sons (Picnic), Green Bay, Wisconsin

This half-gallon size bottle is inscribed, “HENRY RAHR SONS CO GREEN BAY WIS.“ The company started under the name Henry Rahr’s Sons Brewing and lasted from 1891 until 1900. They reorganized under a slightly different name – Henry Rahr’s Sons Co. Brewery from 1900 until 1913, then as Rahr Brewing Company until 1920 when Prohibition reared its head.
