J. Glatz & Son, Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Glatz was sole owner of the Union Brewery until 1888 when he made his 25-year-old son, William a full partner. In 1894, he merged his Union Brewery with Horn and Schwalm’s Brooklyn Brewery and Lorenz Kuenzl’s Gambrinus Brewery to form the Oshkosh Brewing Company.
