John Haas, Ripon, Wisconsin

John Haas was very concerned about his brewing, but not so much about the environment. He constructed a stable for his delivery horses. It was directly over Silver Creek – with a trap door. Guess where all the horse do-do went? The creek was a convenient place for the horses to drink – upstream.
