John Herter (quart), New London, Wisconsin

Here is an early yellow amber, quart, blob beer bottle embossed, "John Herter, New London, WIS." The glass maker, "S.B.& G.Co." is embossed in a circular formation on the base of the bottle. Herter was a soft drink manufacturer, probably producing Weiss beer (ginger beer).
