Karatonic (Bitters, Joseph Dudenhofer Proprietor), Milwaukee, Wisconsin

This new One hit Wonder was discovered by Tony Gruber the new aspiring King of Fond Du Lac. Through the help of a bitters collector, 2 other people (myself included), plus the embossing of Tony's bottle resulted in a tremendous Conclusion!! One, this is a Wisconsin bottle. Two, it was a bitters product of Joseph Dudenhofer. Finally, three we discovered it's origin was Milwaukee, WI. It has a unique shape for any bottle, and it seems to be one of a kind at this present time. This Bottle Dates probably between c.1890-1910 Joseph Dudenhofer specialized mainly in Liquor, Wine, Whiskey, and Bitters products. Thanks Tony, for sharing this new bottle with all of us!
