L. Ranson & Co. Milwaukee 6 gallon butter churn

Outstanding decorated six gallon butter churn stamped "L. RANSON & CO. MILWAUKIE". Note the German spelling of Milwaukee. This piece has the same flower later used by the Maxfield brothers. It appears to be by the same hand. It is possible that a Maxfield or another potter worked for both companies.
