Embossed, "Lakeside Farms, Special Guernsey Milk (in center), Power's Lake, WIS." inside the slug plate, and above the slug plate is embossed, "Half Pint, liquid" in two lines. The word, "Sealed" is embossed on the reverse shoulder.

Notice the odd top to this milk bottle.
