Embossed on the bottle is the following: "LEE'S, CONTENTS 6 1/2 FLUID OZ., SHULLSBURG, WIS."

ABM CROWN TOP-1/2 PINT-CLEAR-PLATE MOLD

Here is a circa 1920's variety with the circular plate mold. The date markings on the back heel are not legible due to heavy case wear but i can make out a "2"?.
