Lithia Brewing Company West Bend, Wisconsin

This tall and thin bottle stands about 10 & 1/2 inches and was made by ROOT (bottom). The embossing reads, "WEST BEND LITHIA BREWING CO." This bottle has no slug plate, but I believe there are versions that have one. The bottle was made in an aqua colored glass which is more rare than the amber.
