Maxfield jug - 3 gallon

Three gallon ovoid jug with a great orange peel glaze and magnificent cobalt double flower decoration. Decoration other than the standard flower is rare and this one is the best I've seen on a Maxfield. It is signed J. B. & A. MAXFIELD MILWAUKEE. It sold in the 1996 Jeff Skou auction lot 90.
