Milwaukee - H. Bosworth & Son 1 gallon jug

This one gallon advertising jug was probably made by the C. HERMANN & CO. stoneware company. The cobalt stencil reads "H. BOSWOTH & SONS WHOLESALE DRUGGISTS MILWAUKEE, WIS." The upper part of the jug was dipped into glaze prior to firing to create the two-tone effect.
