New Ulm - C. Dauffenbach & Co 2 gallon crock

Here is a two gallon crock done in Albany slip.It is stamped Dauffenbach, Steckert & Co. with an impressed two. As a side note Christian Dauffenbach & John Stoeckert supposedly argued about this type of glazing method, which Stoeckert was opposed to. One of many things that lead to their break-up as a partnership.
