This churn was made by Christian Dauffenbach at his New Ulm stoneware factory. It is stamped "DAUFFENBACH STECKERT & CO.MANUFACTURERS NEW ULM, MINN" Dauffenbach had previously worked at the Hermann factory, at least in 1867.
