Northern Glass Co. - Trentel & Hietzler NGCo Hartford Hutchinson soda

This rare antique Hutchinson soda bottle is clearly embossed on the front hub N. G. Co Milw. It is one of only two currently known hutch molds with this marking. The other (a Kornburger) is also in the gallery. Both molds feature a darker aqua color and a short unique shape with a heavy blob and very little neck. The Trentel & Hietzler bottle is thought to be an early bottle from Theodore Dietzler (with the name misspelled). The bottle is also the highlight of a HUNT story entitled "Finding the bottle you just talked about or finding the Hietzler".
