P. H. Best Brewing Company Stamm & Meyer Milwaukee

This early and crude 1870s antique beer bottle really resembles an antique soda. Only the embossing gives it away. It reads, P H BEST BREWING CO / STAMM & MEYER / MILWAUKEE. Stamm & Meyer were early Pabst bottlers back before the Pabst name was being used. (It was the Best company). Within a few years, it was one of the largest brewers nationwide. Nonetheless, the bottle shown is about as rare a beer as you would ever see. Few examples are known.
