Van Dyke's Weiss Beer Green Bay

Amber pint antique Wisconsin beer bottle embossed “VAN DYKE'S WEISS BEER GREEN BAY.” Bottler was W.F. & S. of Milwaukee. Weiss Beer was a light-colored highly-effervescent beer made from unboiled wheat-malt worts along with top-fermentation yeast. The name “Weiss” came from the German “weissbier,” (literally, white beer).
