Will C. Johnson, Eau Claire, WIS.

Here is a clear french square shaped drugstore bottle from Will C. Johnson of Eau Claire, WI. The embossing reads, "Will C. Johnson, City Drug Store, Eau Claire, West, WIS." in three lines. I am pretty sure that this bottle dates from as early as the mid 1870's to somewhere in the 1880's. This is one of the earliest styles for a druggist bottle.

This is one of the first bottles I dug as a kid when I was 10 years old and is still one of my favorites.
